WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

• Free shipping for order RM200 and above.
• Flat rate RM 20 for order below RM 200.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

After payment made, the vendor may take at least two working days to process and ship the order. 

Our delivery partner is LamboMove and below is the delivery duration:

• Klang Valley Area – 1 to 2 working days
• West Malaysia Town Area – 1 to 5 working days 
• West Malaysia Rural Area – 5 to 7 working days
• East Malaysia – 7to 14 working days

* Parcel coverage area is subject to the locations delivered by our courier partner.

 

HOW DO I TRACK ORDER OR DELIVERY STATUS?

Once your order has been dispatched from vendor warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker. However, there may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website. Please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order.
