Buyer may inform Ebizmedic in the event any of the product(s)/item(s) received are unsatisfactory. Please ensure that the item is returned in accordance with this Return, Replacement and Failed Delivery Policy. All requests must be communicated to Ebizmedic at info@ebizmedic.com within three (3) days from the Buyer receiving the product(s)/item(s) or if the Buyer did not receive the goods because of absence from the delivery destination address or failure to input correct address, that date would be the date on which the first delivery attempt was made. All requests made after three (3) days from the Buyer receiving the product(s)/item(s) shall not be entertained. |

If you are unsatisfied with the product(s)/item(s) received, you may make a request to Ebizmedic if any of the criteria below are met:
- Damaged product;
- Defective product;
- Wrong item delivered;
- Missing parts / items;
- Items not received; and/or
- Item delivered is materially different from the description provided.
*Please note that the condition(s) below must be met prior to submitting a request which covers the following criteria(s):
- product(s)/item(s) must be unused and unaltered;
- product(s)/item(s) must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags and labels attached;
- All accessories, freebies and bundled product(s)/item(s) are included;
- All user manuals and warranty card (if applicable) are included; and
- In the condition received by the Buyer on delivery.
All requests which do not meet the above-mentioned conditions will be strictly declined and forfeited.

Requirements for a valid request:
- proof of purchase (order number, etc);
- reason for request is valid and return acceptance conditions met (as per clause 5 above).
You are to email your request to Ebizmedic within three (3) days from the Buyer receiving the product(s)/item(s) and submit all information and documents required which shall include but not limited to proof of purchase, reasons for return and/or documentary evidence (such as picture or video) of the product(s)/item(s) being damaged/defective/wrong parts delivered/wrong items delivered etc.

Upon Ebizmedic receiving the request email from the Buyer within the stipulated time above, Ebizmedic shall investigate the matter and notify the Vendor in the event the request satisfies the above condition as stated in this Policy.

For missing parts/product(s)/item(s), product(s)/item(s) not received or wrong quantity, the Vendor shall then coordinate the second shipping and send the correct product(s)/item(s) to the Buyer. The shipping fees of such replacement (from Vendor to Buyer) are to be borne by the Vendor.

For any request that satisfies the conditions as stated in this Return, Replacement and Failed Delivery Policy and requires return of the Products received, Ebizmedic shall inform the Buyer within seven (7) working days from receiving the claim form the designated address for the Buyer to return the product(s)/item(s). Such product(s)/item(s) must be shipped back to the designated address within seven (7) calendar days from the Buyer receiving the notification of designated address. |

You should pack the product(s)/item(s) well to prevent damage during the return shipping, even if it was already damaged upon receiving. We encourage you to take pictures or short clips of the product(s)/item(s) before shipping back to the Vendor on the conditions of product(s)/item(s) before you pack, internal view that shows all items are included and protected from damages with bubble wrap etc, and external view of the package with return label. |

All shipping costs associated with the return of the product(s)/item(s) will not be covered by the Vendor. The Buyer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches the Vendor. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the product(s)/item(s). Please keep the tracking code with you in case we need them for reference. The Buyers are also encouraged to take a picture of the product(s)/item(s) which includes the packaging + tracking number. |

Upon receipt of the product(s)/item(s), the Vendor will examine it and the Vendor will advise Ebizmedic on the status of the replacement (if any) via email as soon as practicable. Ebizmedic shall then inform the Buyer upon receiving such email from the Vendor. All product(s)/item(s) returned which satisfies the conditions as stated in this Return, Replacement and Failed Delivery Policy shall be replaced. For the avoidance of doubt, any product(s)/item(s) delivered shall not be eligible for any refund.

In the event the product(s)/item(s) returned is not faulty, the Vendor and/or Ebizmedic may at their discretion decide not to replace the product and/or the Vendor and/or Ebizmedic may require the Buyer to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at the Vendor’s current standard fees and costs, and, to the extent permitted by law, Ebizmedic shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result. |

Ebizmedic shall not be liable for any return/replacement. Any issues the Buyer may have on any return/replacement shall be with the Vendor the Buyer purchases the product(s)/item(s) from. At the entire discretion of Ebizmedic, Ebizmedic may assist the Buyer with the return/replacement. |

Ebizmedic does not provide or give any implied warranties or guarantees to any products or services offered and/or provided by Vendor nor does Ebizmedic gives any express warranty or guarantee as to the suitability, availability, suitability of the products and/or services. All warranties or guaranties to any products are provided by the Vendor. |

The contents or material or information on the products on the Platform are provided by the Vendor. The Vendor shall ensure that content or material is correct, accurate, reputable, of high-quality and up-to-date and does not make any exaggerated warranties or guarantees in relation to products and/or services. Where any inaccuracy has been brought to Ebizmedic’s attention, Ebizmedic will attempt to correct any inaccuracies within a reasonable time and where practicable to do so. |
